Requires 48k (Atari 800 or better). Optional joystick. This is one of the 3 pack-in games for the Atari XE Game System ([gametag=XEGS XEGS]XEGS XEGS[/gametag]) published in 1987. Marketing wanted to show off the XEGS' abilityies to do things that no other console at the time could do; but obviously didn't care if the XEGS uniquie abilities could be used for action-packed fun games. They artificially added 'fun' by using an actual Cessna airplane on top of their CES booth (Chicago 1987). Guests could play FSII inside the Cessna on the cockpit's largest screen. The booth was themed, quite approprately, 'Flying high with Atari' ;) [Zerothis] | labelimageminimize |
